  • Do some cardio
  • Eat eggs, yolk and all
  • Avoid processed junk food (eat real food instead)
  • Don’t fear coffee
  • Don’t go on a diet
  • Get enough sleep
  • Take care of your relationships
  • Drink some water, especially before meals
  • Make sure to eat enough protein
  • Eat vegetables and fruits
