Learnersdictionary.com  gave the following rules that can help us learn more about the use of “on” and “in”.

Use on for pages, including website pages.

Use on for lists, forms, and job applications (short documents with very structured formats)

Use in for  email, academic essays, articles, and blog posts (documents that contain running text organized into paragraphs).

However, use on for a blog page.
